Mrs. Vilma Lopez, is our micro-entrepreneur from Placer, Surigao del Norte, Mindanao, Philippines. She was a leader and a model business owner to groups of women entrepreneurs for the past eight years. She lost her ice-cream business and her house during Typhoon Odette (Rai) that hit the 11 regions in the Philippines on December 16, 2021.
The "Rebuild, Strengthen, and Transform family enterprises towards Climate change Adaptive and Resilient Communities” provides sustainable socio-economic development through direct and ongoing support and capacity building actions to thousands of poor enterprising families, like Vilma.
