Mr. Angel L. de Leon, Jr., TSKI
Chairman, Founder
He is the President and CEO of Taytay sa Kauswagan Inc. and several social enterprises that are into tourism, agriculture, education, microinsurance, housing. Founder of Append Inc. Mr. De Leon left his prestigious job as Area Manager of Banco de Oro, Visayas Region in 1986 to work with TSKI as founding Executive Director. The organization started with one client and now has 636,139 members. He studied Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at St. Vincent Ferrer Seminary and Masters degree in Business Management from the University of the Philippines.

Mr. Narciso A. San Miguel, KRCI
Vice-Chairman
Engr. Narciso San Miguel is a Civil Engineer and a Managing Proprietor of Conquerock Konstruct and a Managing Proprietor of Quad Advertising. He is Vice-Chairman of APPEND Inc and Katuwang Resource Center Inc. a microfinance non-government organization with operations in Negros. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.

Mr. Eduardo Jimenez, KMBI
Treasurer
President and Acting Executive Director of Kabalikat para sa Maunlad na Buhay Inc. (KMBI) and Microfinance Consultant of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (Central Bank of the Philippines or BSP looking at all policy issues affecting the practice of microfinance in the banking sector. Ed held various positions at BSP and his last posting was to help manage its USD3.5 billion portfolio. Ed participated in the Haggai Institute-Special Leadership Seminar at Maui and taught Biblical & Contemporary Methods of Evangelism and Stewardship. A graduate of BSC Economics and with graduate studies at the University of the Philippines- Diliman and Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada.

Mr. Peter Montalban
Auditor
Mr. Montalban is President and CEO of Kauswagan Micro-Solutions Corporation, Zenvida HealthCare Corporation, Modello Global Solutions, Corporation and a Trustee of TSKI. A certified Public Accountant. He was the Head of Internal Audit at Taytay sa Kauswagan Inc. Operations Auditor of Central Philippines University, and Executive Director of Iloilo Juvenile Welfare Association Inc. and Municipal Accountant of Local Government of Maasin, Iloilo.
Peter graduated BS in Accounting and with Masters in Public Management from University of the Philippines-Visayas.

Dr. Virginia P. Juan, APPEND
President & CEO
President of APPEND Inc. since 2008 and Board of Director of several social enterprises. She worked with the government for 9 years as socio-economics researcher in agriculture and on how to better the lives of the farmers. She helped set-up stock corporations in financial technology, microfinance banking, micro-insurance.

Ms. Jane M. Manucdoc, ASKI
Member
Executive Director, Alalay sa Kaunlaran Inc. (ASKI)
Started as Auditor of ASKI and rose from the ranks by introducing state of the art microfinance products and services that build ASKI’s client outreach from 50,000 to more than 150k client-members. She is a member of the Board of Trustees and Board of Directors of several non-profit and stock corporations around the Philippines.

Sr. Adelia S. Oling, PALMFSI
Member
She is the Corporate Secretary of PALFMSI and formerly Chief Executive Officer of PALFSI for 24 years, a microfinance NGO with operations in Sorsogon. Sister Del is a nun and has also been involved in the ministries of Archdiocese in the province of Sorsogon.
She graduated Bachelor of Science in Agriculture in Central Mindano University.

Ms. Eufrecina T. De Jesus, PAGASA
Member
Ms. De Jesus is a registered Social Worker and holds a degree in BS Social Work at Philippine Christian University. With Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship for Social Development Entrepreneurs at the Asian Institute of Management and received the highest award of Superior Performance.
Ms. De Jesus concurrently serves as elected member of the local government unit and a member of the Board of Directors of Pagasa ng Pinoy Mutual Benefit Association, Inc. and Director of Myanmar Microfinance Limited, a conduit of ASA and Consultant of Pagasa Finance Corporation.

Mr. Rene E. Cristobal

Founder and owners of companies involved in maritime industry, agriculture and natural farming, innovative construction materials, property development. His companies received prestigious awards from the government as best run companies. He was honoured with a knighthood in the Order of Orange of Nassau (The Netherlands). With Master of Arts In Economics (candidate) & a graduate of Second Advanced Management Program by Harvard University Graduate School.

Atty. Raineer Q. Chu
Corporate Secretary
Lawyer & Corporate Secretary of APPEND for 21 years. Member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, a prominent anti-corruption and tax lawyer.
Published several books on transparency and anti-corruption program, walking with the poor and Christian advocacy and social justice (primarily land rights). He has helped hundreds of poor
Families secure their own lands. Taught at several schools on how to build Christian communities in the slums. Graduated from the University of the Philippines, College of Law and a doctorate in leadership from the Bakke Graduate School in Seattle.
